311 and Dirty Heads bring their summer tour to Pine Knob.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive early to grab a good spot. Pine Knob is a mid size outdoor amphitheatre in Clarkston with lawn and reserved seating, so getting in early helps you pick a view you'll like.
- 2.If you want better sightlines and sound, grab reserved seating rather than lawn; the uphill sections give a better view of the stage.
- 3.It's July in Michigan, so dress for warm sun and a cooler evening. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and a light jacket for later when the air drops.
- 4.Check the venue bag policy and bring a clear bag if you can. There are concessions inside, so plan for a few snack runs and bring cash or use cards.
- 5.Expect about 2.5 to 3 hours of live music with both bands and maybe a short break between sets. Ear protection is a good idea, especially if you are on the lawn.
