• 2.Wear comfy shoes and dress in layers; you’ll be on your feet roaming the expo floor.
• 3.Bring a reusable bag for freebies and a small notebook to jot down contact info and resources from local providers.
• 4.Stay hydrated and snack light; there may be samples, but plan to hydrate during the morning.
• 5.Have a simple plan: pick 3 health topics you want to explore (nutrition, preventive care, fitness) and ask vendors for take-home materials.
