What to Expect

• 1.You'll see local bakers competing live, with judges scoring crust, filling, and presentation; if tastings are allowed, try to snag a slice early before it runs out.
• 2.The vibe is family-friendly and casually local—neighbors chatting, a small-town festival feel; bring a chair or blanket if outdoors.
• 3.Expect apple-themed bites from festival vendors; have cash on hand for vendor stalls and parking, and note seating may be limited.
• 4.The contest starts around 2:30 PM, so plan to arrive early for parking and a good viewing spot; check the weather and dress for outdoors.
• 5.If you're new to the scene, study the festival map first to plan your route and be respectful around the judging area; ask before taking close-up photos of contestants.
