About This Event

An open, city-wide international art competition that transforms downtown Grand Rapids into an art gallery.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll be walking through Downtown Grand Rapids with installations all around you, so wear comfy shoes and plan to cover a lot of ground.
• 2.The crowds will ebb and flow as you move from block to block; use a map or the official app to catch pieces you might otherwise miss.
• 3.Food and drinks aren't centralized inside the exhibit; expect pop ups and plenty of dining options along the routes, so bring water and a snack if you want to pace yourself.
• 4.Parking downtown can be tricky; consider public transit or rideshare and give yourself extra time for street closures.
• 5.First timers should pick 2-3 neighborhoods to start and set aside a few hours rather than trying to see everything in one pass.
