Bigfoot Fest

About This Event

A daylong celebration of Bigfoot with themed activities including an outdoor scavenger hunt, unique crafts, a "big FEET" contest, a Bigfoot calling competition, an animation station, and a photo booth.

What to Expect

• 1.The day blends outdoor scavenger-hunt stations with Bigfoot-themed activities like a "big FEET" contest, a Bigfoot calling competition, an animation station, and a photo booth at the Keweenaw Storytelling Center.
• 2.Expect a family-friendly, casual vibe—dress in layers and wear comfy shoes since you’ll be moving between indoor crafts and outdoor stations.
• 3.Plan to arrive a bit earlier to map out where each activity happens and to dodge lines, especially for popular spots like the photo booth or contests.
• 4.There are plenty of kid-friendly crafts and scavenger-hunt clues to keep little ones engaged, making it a light, interactive family outing.
• 5.Bring a camera and have fun with the Bigfoot props at the photo booth—the goofy moments make for memorable keepsakes you’ll share later.
