Board of Directors Training – MSOC

About This Event

Main Street Oakland County (MSOC) will hold a training session for DDA Board members from various MSOC communities.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll be in a formal seated training with slides and an explicit agenda, so bring a notebook and expect to take notes.
• 2.The crowd will be professional and focused, so keep talk brief and use breaks for optional networking if you want.
• 3.There are likely light refreshments during breaks, but plan for the possibility of a coffee run since dinner isn't usually provided.
• 4.Logistics matter: arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in at the front desk, use the Wixom address parking, and have your photo ID handy.
• 5.First timers should dress business casual, bring business cards, and prepare one or two questions to ask during the Q A.
