What to Expect

• 1.Have a tight 30-second elevator pitch ready that explains who you represent and what you are looking for. Practice it so it sounds natural in quick conversations.
• 2.Remember only one representative per company, so pick your person ahead of time and align on who will handle follow-ups after the event.
• 3.Bring plenty of business cards or set up a quick digital contact method; be ready to swap LinkedIn or emails in the moment.
• 4.Arrive a bit early to check in, grab a coffee, and map the room so you can start conversations without feeling rushed.
• 5.After the event, send personal follow-ups referencing something specific you discussed; add a calendar invite to set up a longer chat.
