Candlelight: 80s Rock Anthems

About This Event

A string quartet rocks the Masonic Temple by candlelight with 80s anthems.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive early to snag a good seat; the candlelit main hall is vast and sightlines matter more in this intimate setting.
• 2.Keep conversations quiet and phones on silent—it's a listening-first environment and flash photos are discouraged.
• 3.Dress smart-casual; the candlelight and historic venue pair nicely, and a light layer helps if it gets chilly in the hall.
• 4.The quartet will rearrange 80s rock hits for strings, so expect familiar melodies with a fresh classical twist.
• 5.Downtown Detroit parking can be tight—plan extra time for parking or consider transit, since the venue is in a busy area.
