Chandler Park Community Arts and Music Festival

About This Event

Free community festival featuring music, art, and food, presented by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan to arrive early to grab a shady spot and map out the stage schedule, the park is big and you may want to know where the main stage is.
• 2.Bring a blanket or portable chair since there usually isn't fixed seating and you can pick your own comfy spot.
• 3.Stay hydrated and grab some food when you want, there are trucks and stalls but lines can get long on a sunny afternoon.
• 4.Use transit or rideshare if you can, parking around Chandler Park can fill up on festival days and streets nearby can be busy.
• 5.Take time to check out the art booths and local vendors, it feels welcoming and low pressure for first timers.
