Coffee & Conversation with Councilmember Angela Whitfield Calloway

About This Event

Community meeting featuring updates from the city council office, city departments, and local organizations.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a little early to grab coffee and get a good seat at Racquet Up Detroit; it helps to map out the room before the council updates begin.
• 2.This is a city council updates meeting with a short program and a Q&A; come with one or two questions if you want to participate.
• 3.The crowd tends to be neighbors and local residents, so keep conversations respectful during the talks and don’t block aisles or exits.
• 4.Parking can fill up—check for available spots nearby or consider rideshare; if you have accessibility needs, arrive a bit earlier.
• 5.Bring a notepad or phone to take notes, and introduce yourself to staff after the session if you want follow-up information.
