Concert of Colors

About This Event

A free family-friendly diversity-themed music festival featuring performances at Metro Detroit's cultural institutions.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan your route between venues and check the festival schedule so you know which performances to catch and when.
• 2.This is a free, family-friendly festival spread across Detroit’s cultural institutions—bring the kids but expect crowds, so map out a couple of must-see acts and a fallback plan.
• 3.Pack water and light snacks; some venues may have limited food options nearby, so have a plan for refreshments.
• 4.Dress for variable weather and wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be walking a lot between venues.
• 5.Take breaks inside venues if you need a quieter moment or to rest; DIA and partner venues are typically accessible, but check their routes ahead of time.
