Concert of Colors featuring New Music Detroit

About This Event

A performance by New Music Detroit as part of the 35th annual Concert of Colors festival.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a bit early and bring a blanket or a small chair. The Sosnick Courtyard is outdoors and seating can be limited.
• 2.The crowd is a diverse, relaxed mix. You can mingle if you want but you can also just soak in the music.
• 3.There may be vendors on site, but you should bring water and a snack just in case.
• 4.Parking downtown can be tight. Plan for rideshare or public transit and give yourself extra time to find the courtyard.
• 5.If this is your first time at a contemporary music show go in with an open mind and take a quick walk around the courtyard before the music starts to chat with others or scout sightlines.
