Cultural Arts & Special Events Commission Meeting

About This Event

Regular meeting of the Southgate Cultural Arts & Special Events Commission.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a formal public commission meeting, so expect discussion of cultural arts and special events rather than a performance or hands-on activity.
• 2.You can likely listen without joining the conversation. If you want to speak, check the meeting agenda or ask staff about public-comment procedures and time limits.
• 3.Arrive a few minutes early to find the meeting room and get settled. City Hall is at 14400 Dix Toledo Road in Southgate.
• 4.Bring a notepad if you want to track agenda items, proposals, or follow-up dates. Meeting details and materials may be available through the city before you go.
• 5.Don't count on food or drinks being provided; plan to eat beforehand and bring only what City Hall allows.
