DeRay Davis

About This Event

DeRay Davis has developed and honed a hip, sardonic, streetwise mentality and parlayed it into the comedy club circuit.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive early to park and grab a drink before the 8 PM show at FIM Capitol Theatre; doors usually open 30-45 minutes prior, so you’re not stuck waiting outside.
• 2.The seating is theatre-style, so you’ll be in assigned seats; DeRay Davis will likely do some crowd work but you can still enjoy the set from your seat without feeling rushed.
• 3.Concessions are on-site with a bar and snacks, and there’s often an intermission—plan a quick dash if you want something to sip or snack on.
• 4.Dress casual and comfy; it’s a live comedy night in a traditional venue, so you’ll want to move easy and not worry about a formal dress code.
• 5.If it’s your first stand-up show, silence your phone and expect some explicit humor from DeRay; recording the set is usually discouraged, and you’ll get the full experience by just watching and listening.
