What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a bit early to beat the rush and grab a good spot on the dance floor; doors can fill up quickly once the show starts.
• 2.Dress for a club night—comfortable shoes and breathable clothes, and bring a light layer because venues can get chilly with the AC blasting.
• 3.Have cash for tips and small purchases; not every bar will take cards, especially in smaller rooms.
• 4.Position yourself near the center of the floor for solid sound without getting blasted by the nearest speakers.
• 5.Plan your ride home or parking in advance; Detroit streets get busy after shows and street parking can be tough.
