Downtown South Lyon Lake Street Cruise In

About This Event

A recurring automotive gathering where enthusiasts showcase their vehicles. Features awards for Best In Show, Best Engine, and Best Paint.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a bit early to park and stroll the lineup before the crowd grows; Downtown South Lyon can get tight after 6 pm, and you'll want a clear look at the cars as they pull in.
• 2.Take your time walking the blocks; most car owners are happy to chat, and you can often strike up a convo about mods or history of a ride.
• 3.Pack water and wear comfy shoes; you'll be on foot for a while and the pavement may be uneven around downtown streets.
• 4.Awards like Best In Show and Best Engine are usually announced toward the end, so plan to stay for the presentations or head to the awards area when you're ready.
• 5.If you're new to cruise-ins, keep your distance when looking at vehicles and don't block drive lanes; photography etiquette helps everyone enjoy the display.
