About This Event
Early childhood nature program focusing on outdoor exploration.
What to Expect
- 1.Plan on being outside and moving around while little ones explore nature, rather than sitting through a formal lesson.
- 2.Dress your child for the weather and choose shoes that can handle grass, dirt, or damp ground.
- 3.Bring water and any snacks your child may need; check with the venue about food rules before packing a full picnic.
- 4.Arrive a few minutes early so you can find the nature center and get settled before the 10:30 start.
- 5.Keep expectations flexible for young kids. Let them take their time noticing things along the way, and bring a change of clothes if yours tends to get messy.
