What to Expect

• 1.Get there early to snag a good viewing spot along the lake or the Community Center lawn; the pre-show starts at 6:30 PM.
• 2.Bring a blanket or portable chair and a light jacket; it can get cooler once the sun goes down.
• 3.Parking can fill up fast, so consider carpooling and expect a short walk from nearby streets.
• 4.Fireworks are loud—bring ear protection for kids and keep pets at home to avoid stress.
• 5.Pack snacks or water in advance and check if there are concessions nearby on Pontiac Drive; options may be limited.
