Floating Sound Bath + Cello Experience

About This Event

FLOATING SOUND BATH + LIVE CELLO Drift into a state of pure bliss with an aloe + alchemy floating sound bath.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a meditative sonic experience: live cello blends with ambient textures, and you’ll likely lie down or find a comfortable position as the sounds wash over you.
• 2.Keep voices and devices quiet; the room will be hush-focused to help everyone drop into the moment.
• 3.Dress in comfy layers and bring a small blanket or pillow if you want extra coziness; seating may be on mats or chairs.
• 4.Arrive a bit early to park and check in at PARC (650 Church Street, Plymouth); give yourself a few extra minutes for a smooth entry.
• 5.After the session, drink water and give yourself a moment to ground yourself; you might feel mellow, dreamy, or slightly energized.
