Focus: HOPE Community Event

About This Event

Community event featuring direct assistance from the Wayne County Treasurer's Mobile Office.

What to Expect

• 1.You will see staff from the Wayne County Treasurer's Mobile Office set up in the Focus HOPE Food Distribution Center and people dropping in with questions or requests; bring relevant documents and be ready to share a little context about what you need assistance with.
• 2.Plan for morning crowds around 9 am and be prepared for a bit of a wait if you're getting in line for services or the food distribution area; there may be separate lines for different services.
• 3.Staff will guide you through the process step by step, and there are multiple service stations so you can tackle different items in one visit.
• 4.This event sits in a community center setting, so you might move between the service desks and the food distribution area; wear comfortable shoes and expect a casual, friendly environment.
• 5.If you are new to this, ask staff what time windows are available for in-depth help and where to go for food distribution if you also want to pick up groceries.
