What to Expect
- 1.Check the truck lineup before you go and map out a couple must-try bites so you can hop between trucks without backtracking.
- 2.Bring a mix of payment options—most trucks take cards, but cash is a good backup in case some vendors are cash-only.
- 3.Since it’s a midday outdoor lunch, expect lines to grow closer to 12:00–1:00 PM; consider arriving a bit earlier or later to dodge peak crowds.
- 4.There may be limited seating, so bring a blanket or compact chair and use the Civic Center grounds for a casual picnic.
- 5.Parking at the Civic Center Complex can fill up; if possible carpool, bike, or plan to arrive a bit early to secure a spot and easy access to the trucks.
