What to Expect
- 1.Arrive early to beat the lunch rush; popular trucks can sell out, and lines tend to peak around noon.
- 2.Bring cash as a backup—while many trucks take cards, some still don’t, and mobile payments can be slow in crowds.
- 3.This is an outdoor daytime event, so wear sunscreen and a hat and check the forecast in case you need a light layer or rain plan.
- 4.Seating around the Civic Center is limited, so bring a small blanket or portable chair and be ready to share tables with others.
- 5.Since the trucks rotate weekly, plan to try 2–3 different bites and split portions to maximize variety without standing in line forever.
