What to Expect

• 1.Meet at the main entrance of Inspiration Park a few minutes before 6 pm. Dress in layers for October evenings and wear comfortable walking shoes since the route winds through grass paths and sidewalks.
• 2.You'll hear local legends and haunted tales at stops along the way, with a mix of park scenery and nearby historic spots in Lyon Township.
• 3.The crowd moves at a relaxed pace and there are pauses for stories; if you need a break you can drift a bit from the group, but try to stay with the guide.
• 4.Bring a small flashlight or use your phone light for dim sections and plan to finish around 9 pm; the weather can be variable in the fall so bring a light jacket.
• 5.This is a social but low pressure experience for solo travelers; you can chat with a few others if you want but you can also enjoy the stroll and legends on your own.
• 6.If you are sensitive to spooky content, plan a quick exit point with the guide; it's a walking tour and you can opt out at designated stops.
