What to Expect

• 2.Plan the lantern-route in advance so you don’t miss the best displays and pace yourself for the full walk.
• 3.Wear comfortable shoes and bring a light layer—the event runs in the open air and can get chilly after 9pm.
• 4.Snack smart—zoo concessions can be limited late at night, so bring small snacks and a bottle of water, especially for kids.
• 5.Bring a charged phone/camera for photos; low-light lanterns look great with night mode or quick bursts rather than long exposures.
