• 2.This sound journey combines didgeridoo, vibrational attunement, and a guided meditation—carry a loose, calm mindset and be ready to sit or lie down as you settle in.
• 3.The room will likely be dim and immersive; if you’re sensitive to sound, you can position yourself toward the back or request a seat cushion.
• 4.Sip water before and after; give yourself a few minutes to ground afterward to integrate the vibrations after the session.
