High Score Comedy

About This Event

High Score Comedy is coming to The Pyramid Scheme! That's right, we're bringing FREE standup back to the front room of the Scheme once a month! From seasoned pros to brand new faces, this show...

What to Expect

• 1.You'll see a rotating lineup of comedians, from seasoned pros to brand‑new faces, performing in The Pyramid Scheme's front room. The show is free, so arrive early to snag a seat and a drink before it fills up.
• 2.The vibe is casual and spectator‑friendly—it's bar talk with a live set, not a formal show.
• 3.Food and drinks are bar fare; order from the bar during the performance, and keep phones and chatter to a minimum so you don’t miss the jokes.
• 4.Logistics-wise, this is a 21+ bar event and parking around downtown Grand Rapids can be tight—consider rideshare or arriving a bit early to secure parking and a good spot.
• 5.If you're new to this scene, check the lineup ahead of time and tip the performers if you enjoyed them; sit toward the back if you're feeling shy and want to ease into the room.
