ILEAD SESSION 4: Leading Whole: Building Trust That Performs Under Pressure

About This Event

A leadership session focused on building trust and performing under pressure as part of the ILEAD series.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a focused discussion or activity around building trust and leading under pressure, rather than a formal keynote or large-scale conference.
• 2.Arrive a few minutes early to find the group and get settled; the cafe setting may be busier than a dedicated meeting room.
• 3.Bring a notebook or be ready to jot down ideas you can apply to your own team. Leadership sessions tend to be most useful when you connect the concepts to a real situation.
• 4.You may have some small-group conversation or discussion, so come prepared to share a work example if invited. You can keep it general if the details are sensitive.
• 5.Check whether a drink purchase is expected, since the session is hosted at a boba cafe and no admission or refreshments are specified.
