Jazz and Blues in the Park

About This Event

A live performance series featuring jazz and blues music in the heart of downtown Auburn Hills.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll be watching an outdoor jazz and blues set at Riverside Park, so expect lawn seating and a relaxed, picnic-like vibe. Bring a blanket or a small folding chair to settle in on the grass.
• 2.The crowd tends to be friendly and low-pressure, so solo attendees fit right in and you can dip into conversations if you want or just soak in the music.
• 3.Pack water and a light snack; there are usually local vendors along Parkways Boulevard but don't rely on them for a full meal.
• 4.Parking downtown can get tight, so arrive a bit early and consider carpooling; use crosswalks and follow posted signs to Riverside Park.
• 5.September evenings can turn chilly, so bring a light jacket and comfy shoes for standing on grass while you enjoy the show.
