What to Expect

• 1.Arrive early to catch any opener and get a good view, because El Club's stage is close and sightlines can matter for a lyric-driven set.
• 2.Listen closely to Jensen's storytelling between songs; the songwriter vibe shines in a small room, so put your phone away and soak it in.
• 3.Check merch after the show if you want a vinyl or CD—indie artists often have limited stock and signed items.
• 4.Parking around Vernor Highway can be tight; use rideshare or public transit and give yourself extra time.
• 5.Grab a drink at the venue bar and check out the surrounding Detroit music scene before/after the set.
