Joan Lunden: Joan, Life Beyond the Script

About This Event

An evening with Joan Lunden discussing her life and career beyond the script as part of the Detroit Jewish Book Fair.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a seated conversation focused on Joan Lunden's life and career, rather than a theatrical performance. Arrive ready to listen and take in the stories.
• 2.The Berman Center is a performing arts venue, so you'll have a dedicated seat and a clear focal point. Check your ticket for the entrance and seating details before you arrive.
• 3.Give yourself a little extra time to find the theater on West Maple Road and park, especially if you're unfamiliar with the campus.
• 4.This is part of the Detroit Jewish Book Fair, so the crowd may include readers and people interested in journalism and broadcasting. It's easy to attend solo since the talk provides the focus.
• 5.Food and drink arrangements aren't specified, so don't count on a meal being available at the event. Consider eating beforehand or checking with the venue about concessions.
