John Mellencamp: Dancing Words Tour

About This Event

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer John Mellencamp performs his greatest hits on the 'Dancing Words Tour'.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll hear Mellencamp's greatest hits with a live band, so expect big choruses and crowd singalongs from start to encore.
• 2.Pine Knob is an outdoor amphitheatre in Clarkston, MI; July evenings can dip after sunset, so wear a light layer and comfy shoes for long walks.
• 3.Concessions lines can get long once the opener starts; grab drinks or snacks during the first half or intermission, and have a backup payment method in case cards are finicky.
• 4.Plan for traffic and parking around Pine Knob; give yourself extra time to enter the venue and find your spot, and consider rideshare or pre-paid parking if available.
• 5.If you're new to Pine Knob, arrive early to check sightlines if you want a closer view on the floor; the lawn area is more relaxed, so bring a blanket if that's your vibe.
