Lake Erie Pumpkin Palooza

About This Event

A festive, hands-on afternoon of pumpkin fun exploring the gooey, squishy ins and outs of pumpkins. Geared toward children ages 4-14.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect hands-on pumpkin activities focused on texture and exploration, so kids may get messy. Clothes that can handle a little pumpkin goo are a smart choice.
• 2.The event is geared toward ages 4 to 14, so younger kids may want an adult nearby for the activities.
• 3.Plan to spend the full two hours if your child likes to take their time exploring. The museum and nature center setting offers a chance to look around beyond the pumpkin activities too.
• 4.This is a seasonal, kid-focused afternoon rather than a quiet museum visit, so expect an active family crowd.
• 5.Check with the venue before heading over for details on admission, parking, and whether you need to register.
