Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting

About This Event

Regular meeting of the Southgate Parks & Recreation Commission.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a formal, agenda-led meeting focused on library matters. Check the posted agenda beforehand so you know which items you want to follow.
• 2.You can attend mainly as an observer, but check the meeting notice for public-comment rules and sign-up steps if you want to speak.
• 3.Arrive a few minutes early to find the meeting room and settle in. City Hall is at 14400 Dix Toledo Road in Southgate.
• 4.Bring a notepad if you want to keep track of decisions, dates, or follow-up items. Meeting terminology can be easier to follow when you have the agenda in front of you.
• 5.This is a civic meeting rather than a social event, so expect a quiet, focused room and limited informal mingling.
