- 3.Bring plenty of business cards or a digital contact option, and be ready to trade leads—offer a few concrete referrals rather than vague promises.
- 4.Take notes on people you meet and the leads they want; after the event, follow up within 24–48 hours with a quick recap and a requested introduction.
- 5.Respect the library’s quiet environment—keep conversations at a library-friendly volume and step outside to chat longer if needed; parking is on Pontiac Trail, and the event is at the Salem-South Lyon District Library.
