About this event
A health and wellness program focused on mindfulness practices for adults and seniors.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and grab a good seat in the library’s calm space.
- 2.Wear comfy clothes and bring a light layer—the library can feel cool and you’ll be seated for the whole session.
- 3.The class will be mostly guided mindfulness with breathing and body awareness; participate at your own pace or simply observe if that feels better.
- 4.If you’re new, it’s totally fine to ease in gradually—there may be chairs or cushions and you can ask staff for accommodations.
- 5.Parking is usually nearby at the library lot or on surrounding streets; give yourself a few extra minutes so you’re not rushing in.
