What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a few minutes early to check in at Champion Gymnastics Ann Arbor and get oriented in the space before you start moving.
• 2.Wear loose, comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle; this session is gentle but you’ll still want to stay hydrated.
• 3.Expect senior‑friendly, low‑impact movements with options to use a chair or modify exercises if needed.
• 4.Parking is on-site at 2362 Bishop Circle East in Dexter, MI—give yourself a moment to locate a spot and sign in at the front desk before the class starts.
• 5.This is a friendly, community‑focused class—don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to the instructor and other attendees, and let the coach know if you have any medical considerations.
