What to Expect
- 1.Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and talk with the coach about any mobility limits so they can tailor the 7am session to you.
- 2.Dress in comfy athletic clothes and non-slip shoes; bring water, and expect the room to be a bit cool in the morning during the warm-up.
- 3.The moves are gentle and adjustable; you can do most things seated or standing, and the instructor will modify intensity to your comfort.
- 4.Expect a supportive, low-pressure vibe with a small-group feel; it’s totally fine to take breaks as needed and go at your own pace.
- 5.Parking and entry are straightforward at Champion Gymnastics Ann Arbor (2362 Bishop Circle East, Dexter, MI); plan a few extra minutes to sign in and find a spot in the morning.
