About this event
Build curious minds in nature during this preschool program for ages 3-6. Includes a story and a related hands-on, nature-based activity.
What to Expect
- 1.You'll start with a short bird themed story and then do a simple, hands on nature activity you can help your child with.
- 2.Expect a small, family friendly crowd with plenty of preschool energy; there will be soft chatter among parents and curious kids.
- 3.There is usually no on site cafe, so bring water and a light snack if your child gets hungry between activities.
- 4.Plan to arrive a little early to find parking and check in at the nature center.
- 5.Dress for outdoors, with layers and sturdy shoes, and consider bringing a small nature bag (magnifier, simple checklist) to spark exploration.
