Music in the Meadows: Ivybrooke Strings Quartet

About This Event

Classical performance by the Ivybrooke Strings Quartet in the historic district of Cranberry Lake Park.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a bit early to snag a comfy spot on the lawn or near the edge of the historic district; there may not be formal seating so bring a blanket or a low chair.
• 2.Expect a quiet, intimate crowd typical for a small string recital in a park; keep conversations low during pieces and use breaks to chat.
• 3.Pack water and a light snack or picnic; there may be limited on site concessions since it is an outdoor park setting.
• 4.Parking on West Predmore Road can be busy; plan to arrive 15 20 minutes early to find a spot and walk to the performance area.
• 5.Dress for Michigan evenings and changing weather, bring a light layer and insect repellent; check the forecast and be prepared.
