Northville Novel Writing Challenge

About This Event

Join the Northville Novel Writing Challenge, hosted by Rise & Write Northville, each week during the month of October to write a novel.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan on working on your novel during a weekly October meetup, rather than finishing a draft in one sitting.
• 2.Bring a laptop or notebook and anything else you need to keep writing; the event description does not mention supplied materials.
• 3.A library setting is generally quiet and focused, so expect writing time to be the main activity rather than a highly social program.
• 4.If you are new, you can start with whatever idea or draft you have. The description does not specify a word-count requirement or how much of a novel must be planned in advance.
• 5.Check with Rise & Write Northville or the library for the full October schedule and any registration details before heading to the 7 p.m. session.
