November 2026 Siren Test

About This Event

Monthly test of the outdoor warning siren system.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a test of outdoor warning sirens, not a gathering or presentation at the county office. You can hear it from nearby outdoor areas without going to the venue.
• 2.Expect a brief siren signal around 1 p.m. If you are indoors, the sound may be muffled, so do not rely on hearing it as an alert.
• 3.A scheduled test is not an emergency. There is no need to call 911 just because you hear the siren during the announced test.
• 4.If you are in the area and the siren sounds at another time, check local official alerts and follow emergency instructions rather than assuming it is a test.
