One Night In Memphis

About This Event

A high-energy rock and roll revue that takes you back to December 4, 1956, the night Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Johnny Cash gathered for an impromptu jam session at Sun Records in Memphis.

What to Expect

• 1.Get ready for a high-energy rock and roll revue that channels Sun Records era jams and features big guitar hooks you’ll be singing along to.
• 2.You're in a proper performing arts theater at Ford Community & Performing Arts Center—get there early to park, find your seat, and check the program before the lights go down.
• 3.Expect around two hours with an intermission; check the house program for set list updates and any guest appearances.
• 4.Concessions usually offer drinks and snacks—grab something before or during intermission to avoid lines right before the encore.
• 5.If you’re into music history, stay through the encore for medleys and nods to the legends; the vibe is nostalgic but still fresh.
