Paul van Dyk

About This Event

Grammy-nominated electronic music pioneer Paul van Dyk performs live.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a high-energy electronic set from a veteran; the bass will likely hit hard, so bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to loud music.
• 2.The Magic Stick is a smaller venue, so sightlines can be tight near the stage; if you want a closer view, arrive early and plant yourself toward the front.
• 3.Parking around Woodward Ave can be tight on show nights, so plan ahead—use rideshare or public transit and give yourself extra time for traffic.
• 4.Dress casually and comfortably and wear supportive shoes; security checks can be routine, so consider small bags to speed entry.
• 5.After the show, the area around the venue can get crowded; know your exits, and consider grabbing a drink nearby or coordinating with friends to regroup later.
