Community pickleball tournament hosted by Commerce Township Parks & Recreation.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive a little early to check in and find your court. The Richardson Community Center is a multi court indoor space, so map your route and plan a warmup.
- 2.Expect a friendly, low pressure crowd of neighbors and players; it's competitive but casual.
- 3.Bring water and wear non marking shoes; bring your own paddle if you have one or check with organizers about loaners.
- 4.Know the schedule ahead of time and check in with volunteers if you're unsure where to go for warmups or brackets.
- 5.If you're new, watch a few matches first, ask simple questions, and look for players who are open to partnering or giving tips.
