Promotions Committee Meeting

About This Event

The Wixom DDA Promotions Committee meets to plan, organize, and execute events and initiatives for Downtown Wixom.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a working committee meeting focused on planning and organizing downtown events, so expect discussion and decision-making rather than a public show.
• 2.You will likely be seated around a table. Come ready to listen and share ideas if you are attending as a participant.
• 3.Backyard Coney Island is a restaurant, so food may be available, but check with the organizers about whether the meeting includes a meal or whether you should order separately.
• 4.Arrive a few minutes early to find the group and settle in before the 8:00 a.m. start.
• 5.If you are new, ask the organizers how to participate and whether there are agenda materials or updates you should review beforehand.
