School-Day Open House

About This Event

See the school on a morning when classes are running. For parents of 7th and 8th graders.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll see the school while classes are actually running, so expect a more realistic look at the classrooms and daily atmosphere than you'd get on a quiet campus tour.
• 2.This is aimed at parents of 7th and 8th graders. Bring your student along if they're deciding whether the school feels like a good fit.
• 3.Arrive close to the 8:30 start so you don't miss the beginning of the visit or have to join a group already moving through the school.
• 4.Jot down questions about admissions, academics, and student life as they come up; seeing the school in session can prompt more useful questions than reading a brochure.
• 5.Plan for a school-day visit rather than an open-ended drop-in, and check the school's instructions beforehand for parking and where visitors should enter.
