What to Expect

- 2.Bring plenty of business cards or have a quick digital contact method ready; with the one-rep-per-member rule, you’ll want to maximize each exchange and note who to follow up with.
- 3.Start conversations with open-ended questions about their business challenges and goals; listen actively and look for mutual ways you can help.
- 4.Dress business casual and arrive a few minutes early to sign in at the chamber front desk and map out a plan for meeting a few key people.
- 5.Follow up within 24-48 hours with a personalized note referencing something you discussed and a concrete next step or meeting request.
