Sensory Sensitive

About This Event

Adaptive needs event with limited capacity and reduced water features (no big splash bucket) for a sensory-friendly experience.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive early to secure a spot; this adaptive event has limited capacity, so planning ahead helps avoid lines.
• 2.Ask staff about sensory-friendly areas or quiet times to minimize overstimulation, since water features are reduced for a calmer experience.
• 3.Wear water shoes and bring a quick-change outfit; sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water bottle make a hot day easier.
• 4.Check the park's outside-food policy and pack a small snack if needed; water and light snacks can be crucial for long days.
• 5.If you or someone with you has adaptive needs, let a staff member know and bring any medical devices or support items you use; accommodations can help everyone enjoy the day.
