Somm Slam

About This Event

A dueling sommelier dinner experience featuring expertly selected wines and thoughtful pairings in a communal dining format.

What to Expect

• 1.You’ll see two sommeliers duel it out over each course, so listen for why they chose each wine and how it pairs with the dish.
• 2.It’s a communal dining format, so you’ll be at shared tables—introduce yourself and swap notes on the pairings.
• 3.Dress smart casual to fit the restaurant vibe and wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be moving between courses.
• 4.There will be several wines poured, so pace yourself, sip water between pours, and note what each wine brings to the plate.
• 5.Arrive about 15 minutes early for check‑in, plan for parking nearby, and call ahead if you have dietary restrictions.
