What to Expect
- 1.Arrive a bit before 10 am to map out your route while the booths wake up and the crowd isn’t too dense.
- 2.Bring cash and a sturdy bag or tote; some artists may still prefer cash or small checks.
- 3.Walk the whole fair first, then circle back to your favorites and ask about commissions or on-site prints.
- 4.Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen, since you’ll be roaming the St. Clair Art Association space and nearby booths on a weekend afternoon.
- 5.Ask before photographing artwork or artists, and give yourself time to browse at a relaxed pace without blocking aisles or blocking the artist booths.
